I need to cancel my order.
We understand that things come up or you simply just changed your mind. Please let us know within 24 hours of placing your order, that you would like to cancel.

My plant arrived, what do I do now?
We're so glad your plant has arrived. While we have no control over how the plant will handle the shipping, there are some important things to keep in mind when receiving plant mail. You may find that the plant has suffered some shipping stress; this may look like yellowing or browning of the leaves, droopy leaves, and maybe some root loss. Don't worry. With proper care your plants will generally bounce back and flourish. You're plant may need a nice refreshing drink and a new substrate and pot to call home.
