When We Ship

We will ship out every week on Monday and Tuesday following payment. Orders placed on Monday or Tuesday will be shipped the following week.

Tracking 

You should receive an automated email with your tracking number included. Please track your packages to ensure that it is kept out of harsh weather conditions when it is delivered.

If you purchased from a Facebook Sale or Instagram sale you will receive tracking number via PayPal.

How We Ship

Your plants will be shipped bare root in damp sphagnum moss. We package your plants with extra care to ensure safe arrival. However, damage to package from carrier mishandling is out of our control.
