Refunds

PLEASE HAVE REALISTIC EXPECTATIONS WHEN ORDERING PLANTS ONLINE. These plants are living things going through some stress on arrival to its new home. Stress may include; yellowing, browning, leaf loss and some root loss. 

We are NOT responsible for any packages sent to an incorrect address so please double check your shipping address when checking out.

We are NOT responsible for weather damages. Please keep an eye on your tracking to ensure plant is not subject to severe weather upon arrival.

We are NOT responsible for any postal delays, mishandling, or lost packages. If your package arrives later than the expected date and the plants are experiencing stress damage, we will not take on the responsibility of said package. All packages shipped using priority mail have a $50 insurance included. As a buyer, you may submit the claim.

Upon arrival of the plant you have a 6 hour inspection period of plant. If you are unsatisfied with what you received, we will issue a full refund on the return of my plant in the exact condition it arrived. Plant must shipped the same way/service as we shipped to you, at your cost. After the 6 hour period, there’s absolutely NO RETURNS, NO REFUNDS, NO PARTIAL REFUNDS! All sales are final. We do not refund partial payments due to any kind of shipment stress. This policy is strict.

If your package arrives damaged please reach out as we are happy to offer suggestions on how to revive the plants that may be damaged. With proper care, plants generally bounce back and flourish.
